Social media has arrived to change the way we do business<\/strong>, many companies need to improve their business plan in order to get the best marketing results, because it\u2019s a reality that customers don\u2019t buy things as they used to 10 years ago. Today our customers need information to feel that they are buying the best option. It’s true, the customer experience it\u2019s so important in all the customer decision flow. Web pages must be a complement for your social media campaigns and vice versa<\/strong>, you need to be available 24\/7 and it\u2019s necessary to answer all questions about your product or services, faster, clearer and within a reasonable period of time.<\/p>\n

Web pages must work for you in order to help you to get leads<\/strong> and give information and free resources about your area of expertise. You need to be professional and if you don\u2019t have all the knowledge required, you should hire or find the right persons with the experience and knowledge you need, because if you don\u2019t do it, your competitors will take this lack of experience and knowledge as an advantage to get contacts and new customers, so, your company and business could be on risk.<\/p>\n

I remember working on a fast food company, when I was a teenager, the process we used to follow to cook the fried chicken. How every employee or associate (as they call them) knows what to do and has everything under control.  This<\/span> means, when good procedures are defined efficiently and the staff is properly trained and involved, you will be able to provide the best customer experience, which lead us to better results.<\/p>\n
